I am a passionate social entrepreneur and budding Software Engineer dedicated to improving Quality Education and youth capacity through digital technology and storytelling. I enjoy collaboratively designing solutions to inspire social change; I am on a mission to bridge the gender gap in technology careers through my initiative, Shenovate, where I educate and empower women and girls with coding, robotics, and technology skills to solve real-world problems. Apart from my tech interests, I am deeply involved in humanitarian services and community engagement; I enjoy traveling to explore new places.

Hi! I'm Kuldeep Pal, an experienced Data Engineer and Software Engineer with about 6 years of experience in the tech industry. I'm currently working as a Data Engineer III at Walmart Global Tech, where I've been instrumental in developing various data pipelines for fraud detection, healthcare data management, and compliance notifications. My expertise spans big data technologies, cloud platforms, and backend development. I've worked on projects that have made significant impact, such as developing a real-time pipeline for gift card fraud detection that resulted in returning $4 million to victims within a year.

 

I'm proficient in technologies like Python, PySpark, SQL, Scala, and various big data tools including Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka. I have extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and GCP. I'm passionate about solving complex data problems and have a keen interest in emerging technologies like GenAI. I've also contributed to open-source projects and enjoy writing technical blogs to share my knowledge with the community.​
